Linkinclusion C.I.C is a community interest company limited by guarantee, established under the Companies Act 2006. Our primary goal is to support disadvantaged youth through educational development, career readiness, and social engagement, with a special focus on the integration of Black Asian Minority Ethnic Communities.

Our Objectives

  • Community Engagement: Engage youth in community-based projects to reduce loneliness and isolation.

  • Educational Development: Educate and inform young people, enhancing their curriculum skills and social awareness.

  • Career Readiness: Prepare underprivileged youth for the job market and host career advisory sessions.

  • Peer Support: Establish networks for peer-to-peer support and shared learning experiences.

  • Mentorship Programmes: Provide mentorship and referrals to sustainable opportunities.

  • Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Integration: Assist Black, Asian, Minority and Ethnic youth in integrating into society, accessing necessary services, and addressing social issues.

    Maggie is a Vision Rehabilitation Specialist and public health professional. She is the Director of LinkInclusion, focusing on advocacy for diverse communities. Maggie works to improve local services and address gaps in care. She has experience in health and social care sectors. Maggie also supports young people through community engagement and educational development. Her strength lies in building relationships and networks to drive change. Maggie is skilled at influencing service delivery to meet diverse needs. She is committed to ensuring that patient and service user voices are heard.

    Marketing and Public Relations Director

    Tendai Stephano is an experienced C-Suite Business Executive, specialising in driving growth through strategic partnerships and sustainable development. He has a proven track record in facilitating global trade and investment, with a focus on empowering communities and fostering economic resilience. His leadership in various international forums positions him as a key advocate for innovative business solutions and long-term growth across diverse sectors​.

  • Towards Tafirenyika

    Finance & Operations Director

    Towards Tafirenyika holds an Honours Degree in Communications and has extensive experience working with children and young people in diverse care settings. She holds an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management, along with an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and Early Years. Additionally, she volunteers in humanitarian work and has previously held management positions.
